Four Corners is the central hub of the building. A place for residents to gather, check their mail, find out the daily activities, or enjoy a snack.

The Living Room is a great place for residents to cozy up by the fireplace with a good book or visit with family and friends.

The Living Room is also used as an extension of residents’ apartment. Here residents enjoy watching a movie together each evening.

The Brant Peelen Library, named for the first resident of Bethlehem, offers residents a large selection of books and periodicals to read at their leisure.

The Private Dining Room offers residents and families a space to use for special occasions or anytime that a resident wants to have company for a meal.

The Game Room is always open for residents to get together and strike up a game.

The Old Delmar Theater is our large activity room. Residents gather here to enjoy a variety of activity programs. The Old Delmar Theater also features a state of the art projection screen with surround sound used for special features or to watch the big game!

The Courtyard in the center of the building is a serene place for our residents to enjoy the outdoors, no matter what time of year. Featuring a koi pond and a putting green there is something for everyone.

The Mane Event Salon is a full service salon where our residents are able to get their hair done as well as manicures, pedicures, and waxing.

The Country Kitchen is a full service kitchen available for resident or family use. Here, residents and families are able to cook a family dinner together. Residents are also able to enjoy a lively cooking demonstration by our chef or take part in baking groups.

The Computer Lounge has two computers available for resident or family use. This is a great place for residents to connect with far away family via email or for families to share pictures of the grandkids.

The Dining Room is bright and spacious. All of our residents enjoy three meals a day served in our restaurant style dining room.
