Fee Schedule

All-inclusive Monthly Fee Includes:

• Personal Care Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), as indicated in the resident’s Wellness Care Plan.  Tailored to meet individual needs and preferences, assistance includes help with bathing, dressing, medication and escorts to meals and activities.
• Individualized Wellness Care Management.
• On-site personal care staff available around the clock and 24-hour personal emergency response system.
• Three delicious meals prepared by our professional chef and served by wait staff in the main dining room.
• A full program of social, educational, cultural and spiritual activities.
• Scheduled transportation for appointments and special outings (15 mile radius).
• Weekly apartment housekeeping (including changing and washing bed linens and towels) and weekly personal laundry (wash, dry, iron, fold, and deliver).
• Utilities: electricity, heath/central A/C, standard cable, local telephone, wireless internet.
• On-site mainenance service.

The following services are purchased at additional cost: storage; long-distance phone; beauty salon & barber services; dry cleaning services; pharmacy/medical supplies; third-party healthcare provider services (including temporary agency skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and podiatry).

 All Inclusive Monthly Fee:

Studio Apartments $3,900 per month and up

One-Bedroom Apartments $4,500 per month and up

Short-term stays $175 per day (14-day minimum stay)

All prices reflect single occupancy; second person is an additional $1,500 per month

Buy Down Option:

A one-time payment at time of admission used to reduce the monthly rate of your apartment for as long as you are a resident at Delmar Place.  Once the resident occupies the apartment for 30 days, this one-time payment will be deemed non-refundable.

• $10,000 up front = $500 per month discount
• $15,000 up front = $750 per month discount
• $20,000 up front = $1,000 per month discount

Deposit

When the resident and/or their representative wish to reserve an apartment at Delmar Place, they are required to leave a non-interest bearing deposit of $1,000.  This deposit will hold a resident’s interest in the reserved apartment for 30 days.  The rate as quoted on this agreement will also be valid for that 30 day period.  Either party has the right to cancel the Agreement within 30 days; if canceled, Delmar Place will return the full $1,000.

Community Fee

Delmar Place requires a $2,500 non-refundable Community Fee at time of admission.
