Fee Schedule

The all-inclusive monthly residency fee covers both the apartment and the service package as described above. Specific monthly rates depend upon apartment size and location. All prices reflect single occupancy; second person occupancy within the same apartment is an additional $1,500 per month. Prices shown are subject to change.

The following services are purchased at additional cost: long-distance phone; beauty salon & barber services; dry cleaning services; pharmacy/medical supplies; third-party healthcare provider services (including temporary agency skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and podiatry).
