Line Cook
- Seeking a part time line cook who will work with Director of Dining Services to meet quality standards and applicable regulations and ensure the highest degree of resident satisfaction through proper food preparation, sanitation, and plate presentation for all dishes served.
- Candidates will have formal training in food preparation, sanitation, and service, or 3 years of comparable on the job training in the food industry.
- Must follow standardized recipies with a focus on providing a quality product to residents.
- Prepare, season, and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with the cycle menu and standard menu in a manner to ensure practices in the kitchen are safe and sanitary.
