There’s always something to do at Delmar Place. Enjoy interacting with fellow residents, walk the grounds, spend time in the village, or spend quiet time with friends and family.

• Right next door (in fact, we built our own walkway), at the Bethlehem Public Library, residents can take advantage of community programs such as discussion groups, concerts, and lectures, as well as make use of an extensive collection of large print books, books on tape or CD, and internet access.
• Take a short stroll to Delmar village shops, restaurants, and places of worship.
• The grounds feature an outdoor courtyard with ample covered seating areas, gardens, a koi pond, a putting green, and a scenic paved walking path
• Mission-style dining rooms are a gathering place for meals
• Centrally located library for quiet reflection
• Lounges and sitting areas with fireplaces
• Multipurpose activity areas provide a venue for a variety of activities such as bingo, board, card and Nintendo Wii games, and Happy Hours with live entertainment just to name a few
